I took it for a very quick local spin and then a slightly longer try out (to also have a play with the Muvi).

Did a ride at Swinley last weekend and my initial feeling is that the tyres are not good for riding in the mud and that the suspension need some tweaking as I was clipping my pedal quite a lot (so much so that I was anticipating where it might happen and free-wheel at those moments.

I had a "play" yesterday and pumped up the rear shock a bit more and swapped over the "new" wheels that I bought for the Epic towards the end of last year. This also meant swapping disk rotors around, but it wasn't too much of a headache.

I'll post a photo shortly.

It's had a couple of outings now, plus the wheels have been swapped for those I bought towards the end of last year (XM719s on XT hubs) and the tyres are now Schwalbe Albert on the front and Nobby Nic on the back. This photo was taken just after a (very brief) clean and the installation of a Salsa seat post clamp (QRs just can't hold my weight rolleyes.gif )
