Cant quite tell from your piccy, but is that a Rohloff on the rear? Looks like youve done a nice job on her. Have you noticed your saddle is pointing downwards? or do you like it like that.

The two cables looping round to the rear hub on the side nearest the fence give it away Paul. wink.gif

Heh, thanks for all the positive comments. Yes it is a Rohloff. Have had the gearbox for a few years now and would find it very difficult to go back to a more usual setup with all those maintenance issues I used to have. I guess over the years it has cost a fair bit, but I have a Cove G Spot and set of Fox 36 floats from the last incarnation sat in the shed to offset against it, so for this change I shouldnt be too far out of pocket.

Very pleased to hear the 'understated' comment. The Rohloff and lack of tensioner help the clean lines so much, that it looks like a real simple bike. Only real bikers tend to notice the toys
