Just spent 20 mins looking... and failed.

To me that's a good enough reason not to cosider them as a provider.

No use to you but quite informative for me.

Sorry bud I FAILED! banghead.gif

From their website - 'IMPORTANT: if you have a problem with your telephone line, an engineer appointment, or your broadband connection you will need to contact your Communication provider (whoever bills you for that service.) You may write to us at our registered office: British Telecommunications plc, 81 Newgate Street London EC1A 7AJ '

Essentially they provide the infrastructure but they don't provide the service.

Which ISP are you with?

After I accidentally cut through our buried phone line last year putting in a new Gate post, I found it very difficult to phone Open Reach. I contacted BT and through their automated phonelines chose the option which most suited my problem, i.e. severed line. They were quite fast in responding and turned up at our door at 8am on Sat morning.

Sorry I cant help any more but they do have operators working 24 hours so will pick up any message you have sent them. I did find this as a site to submit problems.

Good luck.

BT OR get jobs from other BT departments and other ISPs / and service providers.

You can call your provider and tell them "my line has been cut" and they'll tell BT OR.

That's the way they work, they don't like speaking to joe public.
