I hear there is a new XC trail been built. Has anyone been yet ??? Or anyone planning a forum type ride there ???

Hi Chris,Yep,Dave Pearce(pearce cycles) has been digging like a madman building a new trail at Hopton  .Opening day is this very saturday,so if you go ,it might be a bit busy.According to the man himself,when he asked a "few" riders to do a recce ride, 50 turned up!Looking forward to giving it a blast myself

Sounds good, would be churlish not to pop over to the downhills too! Look out there is an XC race there 26th 27th May IIRC.

Did the xc route today.12.5 km long.nothing to worry about on the techy side,as its been classed as a red route.Great fun with lovely swoopy berms and a couple of steep climbs thrown in for good measure.
Make it more fun by bashing out the xc route then testing yourself on the dh runs in the afternoon
