Just to let all my friends on here know, the twat was found guilty today at derby crown court!!....only took 2 yrs'..... stupidlyhappy.gif

yep top result'...big payout to look forward to, as for knee its had it , went to see surgeon last tuesday, as i need ANOTHER op now...still no biking im afraid(alltho i did try a sneeky pedal other week)..which wasnt a good idea...busy wi me scooters' might buy a bling carbon mtb to look at lol'

I guess that can and will give you some satisfaction Lee, but only half a result there then mate; him being found guilty (and iirc trying to deny any responsibilty!!!) doesn't get your knee back to what it was. Bummer - but not really justice.

Justice did prevail at least, despite the stupidly long delays in getting it. How about a nice bling replacement knee on the back of it? I know that they dont normally like doing knees in youngsters but always worth a look at getting it done private, at least then you may get back to biking quicker.
If you are thinking of carbon frame to look at mate get the One One carbon 456 in an 18" so I can have it off you unused innocent.gif oh yes and there is no weight limit on them laugh.gif
