Anyone know why a Lyrik Coil would only have it's top 50-70mm travel available? It's solid below that. I suspect it's stuffed and needs a full service with parts but just in case there is something simpler?

Sounds like the seals in the damper have gone dumping all the oil in the lower leg.

Undo the spring top cap to double check it's the damper side by cycling the fork whilst allowing the spring to come out of the fork.

The idea being that with the spring pushing out if your fork is still solid after 50 - 75 mm its the damper side? But if it moves through the full 160 mm its the spring side? (I have the same issue with my lyriks) -------------------- There do appear to be some hills south of the Trent...

i had exactly the same problem in my revelation, just had a new set of seals fitted by the nice fellas in my link below, all now works sweet
