Guys Im sort of new to the scene after 20 years off................ Used to road race and time trial when I was younger (much) and just got into the mtb scene. Would appreciate some advice. Recently bought a bike and need some SPD compatible shoes. Looking to spend about 40GBP and was looking for some advice form you out there that are in the no...... Any advice appreciated, cheers.

try spending a bit more and go for the shimano mw02, your feet will thank you through the winter
