I cast the first 2nd gen quad holders last night, and I'm really happy with the result - they won't require any finishing with a dremmel any more stupidlyhappy.gif

Someone requested a photo with some scale, so here are a few more

The 2nd gen quads are the same length as the twins and singles, which are 2mm longer than the 1st gen quads, as the batteries were a rather tight fit initially.

Triple holders will be available very soon too - the mould is half done, and the 2nd attempt at the dummy cell is part-way there too, no more problems with mis-alignment of the 2 halves of the mould now

I'll be making a complete kit suitable for the P7, consisting of a holder, pouch, dummy cell, cable and grommet for protecting the cable as it runs through the torch - I've got some cables on their way from Germany at the moment.

Cheers, Rich

Bloody hell, that looks impressive. Nice one! clap.gif

Looks like its been worth the effort that's for sure. Just got to consider whether I do enough night riding to make it worth buying one now...

hint: you do wink.gif

I have a 2 and a 4, and my only gripe was the 4 was a teensy bit short; the 2 is a fantastic length. Good quality, good price, and unavailable anywhere else.... if I had any money, I'd be buying quite a few more of these wink.gif

You will be delighted to know that I've made the mould for the triple, and have cast a couple of holders with it. Had my camera been playing ball, and not refusing to focus, there would be shots up on the website now sad.gif

I've addressed Jarls point, and moved onto the 2nd generation quad holders, which are the same length as the singles, twins and the new triple, so no problems of them being tight.

Cheers, Rich

Quick note to say that I have complete P7 kits available smile.gif

Kit consists of dummy cell wired to a holder, either with a plugged Sigma cable, or with a simple cable, a pouch and a grommet.

Available to suit pretty much all the options I can think of, quad and twin holders, and also for twin lights too.

I'm offering a discount for buying a complete kit over the parts individually, so it's better value smile.gif

I bought 15 Sigma cables as a start, which I would expect will go pretty quickly!
