if u do alot of excersise u need to increase ur protien intake average about 150 grams aday dont excersise if u feel stiff as it will cause more harm than good ,find a small route say 5 mile do it a few times aweek time it ,and give it ur all ,dependin on how serious u can get some l arginine from a health shop to get the blood flowwin helps with recovery and gives the muscle oxygen and goodness it needs to carry on,and once a week go for a long ride to biuld stamina and go for run twice a week to strenghthen ur bones .
