Hi Guys and Girls,

Sorry I haven't been round much lately. I've got some knee trouble and haven't ridden all summer. It's looking like some surgery may be required so it could be a little longer till I am back on my bike. I just don't like talking about riding when I can't do it myself sad.gif

Yesterday was the Dorset Dirt - a 50km self navigated / self sufficient off road cycle ride organised by the CTC.

I usually ride but as I am off the bike at the moment decided to get a few pics instead. Knowing the route I chose two spots to try and get some different shots...

1st location was at the top of a hill. Was hoping for some pained faces...

Then I moved on to a water splash where I was kind of thinking of getting some rear-curtain sync type blurry panning shots using my flashgun. They didn't have much motion blur but I was kind of pleased with the results

Hope you liked looking at these!

WD40 is for spraying onto things that you think you should be performing some kind of maintenance on but have no clue where to start or what to do.

I was just thinking at the weekend, I wonder if I'm going to make a Swanage ride this year. I hope you get sorted as soon as possible I'll look forward to meeting up again at sometime.

Hey - thanks for the positive comments...

Al - I got referred to the specialist today. I need a little arthroscopy to sort out my dodgy cartilage. Hopefully it won't be long 'till I'm back on my bike.
