Hi all
advice sought, I have an old Electron lights that I want to use for commuting, it has a couple of MR11, 2 pin Halogen bulbs 6 volt 1x5 watt and the other 10watt, the battery is NiMh 4800mA. Could I buy a compatible LED replacement bulb for the halogens? anyone point me in the right direction or is this a non starter? -------------------- |

in theory if the pins are the same and the rating for the halogens are the same as the leds then IN THEORY you should be fine
but... the battery supplied was specified for the halogens and its consumption and burn time, not for leds for all i know leds are less but i would get like for like and try it for about 2 seconds to see if it lights up -------------------- |
