Altitude training

Normally lasts about a week for me.

Broke my cycle to work time this year after a snowboard holiday.
Might tackle the wall this weekend biggrin.gif

Can't do any of the September dates due to a charity ride, but still free on the 10/10.

If not the rocks of the Peak may be calling.

Sorted (rather than sorting) see the entries under New Rides, plus for anyone who hasn't yet been on a forum ride be sure to go to My Controls and set up your contact info in the rides section on the right-hand panel.

I lived in Manchester and Burnely for about 6 years in the late 90's, so does that make me a plastic northerner.

Anyone from north of Watford Gap may be asked to show the requisite visa and/or vaccination documents. Failure to do so may result in a fine or (most likely) become the object of derision. You may also be asked to provide a translator (at your own expense).

Your right, though I can now translate Clayhead to the queens english.

I may be free for the 10th though I have a stag do in Munich on the 2-5th so its depends whether I've sobered up by then.

IMO Swinley is like a smaller Cannock with not as much alttitude on the climbs but some great stuff nether the less.

19th Sept is a probably and 10th Oct is an almost definately. This weekend i'm 'probably' going to stay local.... (nothing like some definite decisions smile.gif )

So where does that put me if i'm from Dublin?

WD40 is for spraying onto things that you think you should be performing some kind of maintenance on but have no clue where to start or what to do.

... and I'm a Geordie. Or I was until I was about 7 and came darn sarf. The local kids were horrible to me - they tore off me cloth cap, killed me whippets and drank all me Broon.

I should be about for the tenth. I'm in Sheffield at the moment though and I haven't had any vaccinations so I may have to do it in a full bio hazzard suit.
