ClimachX final descent

I`d really forgot how good this was! Went back up to look at the newish trail to the left with the wall ride cool.gif Guess this is where the locals have been uplifting to wub.gif

Not sure I fancy that wall ride though worship.gif worship.gif

One of the best trail centre descents in the country......just remember the sharp left! stretcher.gif

It is very good but I reckon they are being a bit cheeky with "longest descent".

there's definitely a bit of up in the middle over them rocky bits (before you start filming)!

BTW Paul - great vids you are posting but can you rotate the cam about 30 degrees anti clockwise? I'm getting a crick in me kneck! wink.gif
littlegirlbunny
We shall be doing that in the near future! biggrin.gif

Got a new helmet mount now so hopefully from now onwards it should be a bit smoother and straighter! With the cable ties i was limited to the shape of the vents in my helmet without packing it agree.gif

Ive got a proper mount for the full facer for when the weather warrants a return to some gravity fun cool.gif

Cool. I've ordered a new Go Pro HD with assorted helmet mounts. I'm looking forward to trying that out when it comes....

Looks a nice bit of kit and love the fact it can

The camera can also take automatic 5MP photos at 2, 5, 10, 30 and 60 second intervals during your activities
Probably a bit hit and miss but you could end up with some angles you never dreamt of, and maybe some real gems.

Yeah I like the sound of that too. Also all the different mounting options - I've seen some good chest mounted movies. It seems cheaper and more versatile than the Contour on paper so we'll see what it's like?

I just wish I had a trail like this to test it on! http://vimeo.com/8391283 (Warning: takes bloody ages to download)

Cracking trail! Some work involved in that cool.gif I got a really good deal on the Contour and its ideal for what i will use it for. Be really interested to see your stuff when your camera arrives though. Strong sunlight and low light the Contour struggles but overall i`m pleased with it so far and hope the footage will be better using the proper mounts.
