how much air (psi) can you put in fox float r shock have being using 1 psi to 1 lb of weight ie i am 200lbs (14 st 4)
was ok till to day sag has gone more than 1/2 but the psi not dropped do i need to replace the seal ? thanks

I would let all the air out and reset the sag at about 20% of travel.

Sounds like a seal to me, (stuck-down?) but as Saint says let all the air out and retry to reset the sag to the correct level to see what happens?
