As I didn't make the ride last year on my "big" birthday due to a broken collarbone, I thought I'd try again this year.

It's going to be on 12th November either on the Long Mynd or in the Peak District (with Cannock as a bad weather backup).

Location to be decided nearer the time

Chocolate cake for everyone, an alternative will be available for those who don't like/can't eat chocolate cake.

Make that 3, all things houseyfied should be sorted by then so I can get out and ride before the new addition arrives.

Sounds like fun, Ive had an invite for a night out in Chester on the 12th Long mynd is almost on the way.

I'm still working on it, one guy broke his hand at work today , so the gaffer will need favours to cover shifts etc

Well, a fat fella who loves cakes and pies turns his back for a week and you are all accusing me of potential gluttony

I will have you know that my diabetic check up went well, thinking I had put three pounds on, turned out I had lost three and then the nurse told me not to eat cake anymore, good job my hearings going

should be able to make it never rode in the peaks so really looking forward to it
